Joe Peffer is the founder and the Broker of Record at Delicious.
Joe is a long time resident of Columbus and his interests include building a next-generation real estate brokerage in Columbus, investigating Columbus’ historic homes, the inner ring suburbs and helping families sell and buy their next homes. Peffer has been selling real estate in Columbus since 2003 and has been on the cutting edge every step of the way. Matt Ward is an expert project planner. His communication skills and processes have been adopted by professionals around the country. He knows what questions to ask you to help you narrow down your personal vision to make the process of buying and selling a home much more mentally manageable.
Matt Ward was born and raised in Lancaster, Ohio. In 1998 he moved to Columbus to begin college. Matt graduated with a degree in marketing from Franklin University in 2004. He then transferred to Wilmington, North Carolina with his job where he began to perform stand-up comedy. In NC he co-founded The Cape Fear Comedy Festival and met his wife Jennifer in Carolina Beach. The two fell in love and were married in the summer of 2009.
In 2010 Matt and his wife relocated to Knoxville, Tennessee and founded Super Cat Productions, a comedy production company. Ward then took a huge risk. He left his corporate job before the couple had their first child. He knew that the work life balance of the retail wireless industry would not be a good fit for raising a child.
His son Sam Ward was born in October of 2011. In 2016 the Wards decided to sell their home in Knoxville and move back to the Columbus area. “My mom still lives in Lancaster and had recently retired, so she was wanting to see her grandson more.” Ward cited as his primary motivation for the move back. However, he was also hungry to return to the multiculturalism that was prolific in Central Ohio.
“We tried to sell our home in Knoxville on our own in 2015 and eventually had to hire a real estate agent.” Ward recalls. “Throughout the process I saw opportunities for how our experience could have been greatly improved which sparked my interest in becoming a real estate professional.” Ward recalls. Upon moving back to Ohio Ward enrolled in classes at Columbus State Community College with plans to obtain his Real Estate license.
When Matt sets his sites on a goal, he is going to achieve it. He received his real estate licensing in June of 2017.

A long-time supporter of Columbus arts and culture, Lucy’s involvement in several different organizations throughout greater Columbus has brought her a wealth of camaraderie and respect around Central Ohio.
