After five plus years in a Mega Brokerage, Joe Peffer knew there was a better way. With a Masters degree in Marketing and Communication, Peffer sought to create a state of the art Real Estate Model that puts the client’s interest first.

After three years of running Delicious Real Estate as a stand alone boutique real estate brokerage, Joe become the Broker of Record at Re/Max Town Center in July 2011. Joe is a long time resident of Columbus and his interests include Columbus’ historic homes, inner ring suburbs, and helping families sell and buy their next home.
