I have a client currently looking for such a thing. We are looking at a new listing tonight that’s just over 1600 square feet and they asked for some numbers and context. Of course I recently posted a 2016 wrap up on South Bexley in which we discovered an average of $164.57 for all South Bexley homes sold last year.
