This Attached 3 bedroom Condo on City Park Avenue in German Village was Bank-Owned and sold in 9 days for only $170,100
This update includes German Village proper and the Brewery District and goes back two months until around the 3rd week of August, when many homeowners like to be out before the start of the school year and moved in at their next home.
Homes on the market: 120 Greater German Village Homes and Condos for sale today (Down by about 1/3 compared to this time last year)
Greater German Village Homes in contract with escape clauses contingent on the sale of another home: None
Greater German Village Homes in Contract contingent on financing/inspections as of today: 8
Greater German Village area Homes SOLD over the last 60 days: 14
Another reason why list prices are skewing high is because there are currently 12 homes active on the German Village market that top the Million Dollar mark; in fact they’re all over $1.13MM and a whopping five of them are on Deshler- though 3 are on Beck Street. The median list price of those 12 homes comes out to about $360/square foot. I might add that they’re all beautiful.

This 1541 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath German Village home on Mohawk Sold recently for $363,500 after 17 days on the market.
Would you like me to break it down by German Village vs Brewery District or just condos, Schumacher Place vs Merion Village? email me and I will be glad to help any way I can.
